Making change is hard, but breaking things down into small steps can help. This handout was made to assist in priority goal-setting to improve sleep individualized to the needs of the specific youth and caregiver. It includes a ready-to-use handout focused on regular bedtimes and waketimes, melatonin use, and screem time, and a customizable worksheet for personal goals.
